We observed huge disparity to the talent available in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of India. Skilled resources have to physically migrate to metro cities and find right job opportunities. On the contrary, large organizations continue to struggle in finding right skilled resources for services and support. There are several sectors where cost optimization remains a huge opportunity where as large pool of resources are forced to relocate to high cost locations causing problem to deteriorate further.
