IndigoJobs29-03-2024<h4>Job Description</h4>: Business Development Manager<br />Role- Individual Contributor <br />Market- Working for International Market, more into North America<br />Location: Ahmedabad</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br /><strong>5 to 8 years into International Market Sale</strong><br /><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Book in-person meetings for management / senior team members to meet while visiting at</li> <li>prospective client location to performs discovery sessions, coordinates demonstrations or</li> <li>opportunity discussion / closure.</li> <li>Handle and manage end-to-end sales cycle (virtually and / or in-person) - lead generation,</li> <li>prospecting, negotiation and closing deals via different sales and marketing channels.</li> <li>Involvement in new business development activities including follow-up, cold calling, building</li> <li>relationships - existing or new, client outings, and other sales activities.</li> <li>Give presentations on company capabilities to new and existing clients.</li> <li>Plan road trips for opportunities, conferences, tradeshows, and events.</li> <li>Responsible for achieving the assigned targets (appointment booking and / or opportunities</li> <li>dollar value) and meet the organizational goal.</li> <li>Document sales activity with prospective clients using the companys client relationship</li> <li>management (CRM) tool, manages sales opportunities, sales pipeline, and its activities.</li> <li>Works with managers / business leader to produce contracts and develop quotes with potential</li> <li>clients.</li> <li>Bringing new logos to the company and expanding business nationwide.</li> <li>Perform account management for the accounts landed and take accountabilities for all the</li> <li>activities happening.</li> <li>Creating and maintaining database for different verticals i.e., data mining activities as per your /</li> <li>senior requirement from time to time for a campaign.</li> <li>Conducts appropriate amount of competitive research and maintains knowledge of competitive</li> <li>services/products.</li> </ul> <p><strong>An Ideal Candidate Shall be:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5+ years of established sales experience with an excellent track record in IoT, AI orinformation technology arena, preferably selling of services, platform, product, and solution.</li> <li>Excellent experience bringing new logos and proven track record of revenue generation.</li> <li>Possess a good understanding of IoT, AI and information technology services / products andsales processes.</li> <li>Experience in prospecting, calling, virtual/in-person meeting and presentations within aprofessional sales organization and specifically a track record of building brand new businessrelationships.</li> <li>Must have the ability to prioritize assignments, work independently with limited supervision andability to motivate and lead by example.</li> <li>Proven attention to detail and thorough documentation.</li> <li>Polished presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Goal-oriented, organized team player.</li> <li>Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li> <li>Ongoing organizational improvement efforts and maintains good inter-departmental</li> <li>relationships.</li> <li>Specialized knowledge: IoT, AI and Web/Mobility technologies. Plus, but not essential like Reality</li> <li>application, chatbot, cloud, RPA, DevOps, service now, and others.</li> <li>Computer skills: Proficient in MS office suite.</li> <li>Sales tools: Knowledge of these tools is plus but not essential like CRM (Zoho / Salesforce),</li> <li>Project Management (Jira / Projects), MQL / SQL generation (Pardot / Marketo), Data Mining(Hoover / ZoomInfo), Meeting (Go To Meeting / MS Teams / Zoom) and others.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor degree education: B.
