Administrative Support:</p> <p>Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including data entry, document processing, and file management.<br />Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.<br />Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.<br />2. Data Entry and Management:</p> <p>Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.<br />Maintain data integrity and ensure that information is organized and accessible for analysis and reporting purposes.<br />Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies or errors as needed.<br />3. Customer Service and Support:</p> <p>Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, or other communication channels.<br />Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.<br />Maintain customer records and ensure that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.<br />4. Documentation and Record Keeping:</p> <p>Manage and organize electronic and physical files, records, and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.<br />Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for record keeping and document retention.<br />Retrieve and retrieve documents as needed and assist with document archiving and disposal.<br />5. Coordination and Communication:</p> <p>Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and business partners to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.<br />Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time and according to specifications.<br />Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.<br />6.
