Responsibilities Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting, and relaying those to the Technology team members. Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business. Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criterias, use cases and business process design (PDD/BRD/FRS)/requirement documents. Minimum Qualifications Experience in one or more domain areas Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Supply Chain etc. Experience in Operational excellence related projects. Must have experience in writing the functional design documents (PDD/BRD/FRS) and user stories for agile development projects. Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects. Experience in complicated software projects. Digital know-how, well versed withRPA (UiPath, /Automation Anywhere /Power Platform)/Workflow (ServiceNow/Salesforce) digital tools. Experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
