CanSupport is an NGO providing home-based palliative care to patients with advanced cancer since 1996 in the Delhi-NCR region. Its head office is at A-2, Gulmohar Park and it has 8 field centres and 2 out-patient clinics (OPC) located in different areas of Delhi- NCR. A multi-disciplinary team, consisting of a doctor, nurse and counselor, provides the care in the patients' homes which consists of pain and symptom management, nursing care and counseling on medical and psychosocial issues. A vehicle is provided to each team for visiting patients. CanSupport also runs an outpatient clinic in East Delhi and South Delhi staffed by a doctor, nurse and counselor.
