Job Description

Job Summary

Qualification: 10th Pass and ITI in fitter trade

Experience:

Must have experience in a modern dry process cement plant and adequate knowledge of maintenance of cement plant equipments.
Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years work experience in Mechanical Fitter (Ball mill/Kiln, compressors, pumps, bucket elevators)
Will be responsible for taking rounds of the whole plant , checking all running equipments, carrying out corrective maintenance, attending break-down maintenance work, executing, etc.
Should be able to work in Shift and write Shift Reports.
Knowledge about drive alignment, bearings replacement and machine maintenance.
Daily inspection and lubrication of all machines as per schedule.
Minimum computer knowledge (MS Office ,mails checking)
Should have knowledge on safe working practices.
