BTech / BE / BCA /BSC-IT BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA / MA / MCOM / MSC / IHM / BHM / BBA / BA / BCOM / BSC. Graduates and Under Graduates

Also Candidates with  Hotel Management Degree and Hospitality or Aviation background can be given first preference.

JOB Description & Required / Skills

You need to handle E - Commerce Customers' Technical Query and also need to Troubleshoot their Tech Issues on call as well as on line .
Technical Troubleshooting E-Commerce Customer Support Executive International Voice
Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)
Knowledge of OS should be.

Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi and Willingness to work for 24/7 working environment is a must, which involves Night Shift.

***There is no leaves till 6 months once you join in the Company***

*Age - * 18 to 30 years.

Fresher & Experienced, both can apply.

Salary- 1.2 to 2.2Lac Per Annum -Gross (As per Experience)
