JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Name:Relationship Manager EEG ( Working Capital Loans )


Summarise briefly, why your job exists; 1. To make the Bank a dominant player in these businesses and provide a market leadership position. To develop strong relationship with all SME customers for their respective area for best recall about the Bank for all their financial requirements.
2. Delivery of business numbers as per given target.
3. Processing proposals in coordination with Credit, Legal, Ops.
4. Ensure delinquency resolution for allotted portfolio.
5. Ensure Cross sell of liability and asset products to new & existing customers like Retail assets, General Insurance, Credit cards etc.
6. Facilitate and help to allotted branches in generating EEG business.2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES.

Description of the Relationships and Roles:

  1. Business Development

a) Branch Engagement: visits & activation (approx. 10 branches)
b) Branch client base potential scoping.
c) Other Channel Activation.
d) Marketing Activities at branches & catchments.
e) Portfolio Enhancement where clients business have improved.

  1. Facility Proposal Processing

a) Pre-sanction documentation i.e. login approx. 10 cases
b) Proposal approval approx. 7 cases
c) Account Opening
d) Legal & Valuation clearance
e) Post Sanction MFA & Mortgage for appox 7 cases

  1. Customer Relationship

a) Engagement with client to ensure servicing.
b) Collection of Asset Cover (insurance) & Stock Statement.
c) Quarterly customer visits under Call Memo.
d) Annual Renewal of Proposal.
e) Audit alert monitoring on account transitions.

  1. Delinquency Management

a) Monitoring interest servicing of customer.
b) Regularizing account TOD.
c) EMI payment overdue recovery.
d) EXIT delinquent clients.

  1. Cross Sell

a) Identifying potential customers for cross sell
b) Pitching products basis propensity and requirements.
c) Target to get client on e-Platform.
d) Increase Assets, Liability, Cards products holding3. DIMENSIONS

  1. Revenue Will carry targets on EEG loans (New and Enhancement),
  2. Qualitative aspects - Housekeeping items, Delinquency management and Cross-sell.
  3. No of sub-ordinates (direct / indirect / Off roll) 1 HBL attached as a support and it is an individual relationship role.
  4. Geographical span ( National / Regional / State / City ) City or cluster of Cities/Towns.

  • Educational Background B.Com ; CA/MBA
  • Total Work experience 3 to 8 years
  • Relevant Work Experience 2 to 3 years
  • Key Behavioral requirements Good analytical and Relationship skills
  • Any Specific Functional / Skill Set Requirement Basic understanding of Financial statements and Working capital.
