Excellent Requirement In Leading MNC with experience in desktop support Engineer
Location-Bangalore / Ahmadabad
Job Profile-
1.Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
2.Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Problem solving Capability in IBM, HP and Dell and other vendors laptop/ desktop Hardware
Escalation handling & Knowledge of DHCP and DNS .. function of DORA process
Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, e-mail client, printer / scanner, print queue related L2 level issues
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have Good communication skills.
Qualification-Any Graduate
Shift: - Rotational including Night
Salary: 20000 CTC
Must have secured more than or equal to 50% in entire academic.
No educational or career gap( gap until 2 yrs will be considered)
No Distance/Correspondence/Open Schooling course are allowed.
Cab facility One sides (Free of Cost)
Immediate joiner can only apply
Candidate should Have 1-2 Year Experience in Desktop Support Engineer
Ready to work in 24*7 shift.
