Our client is a regional commercial and residential property management firm. They have significant footprint in the country, with both residential and commercial units spread across tier-1 & tier-2 cities.

You will be responsible for :
- Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
- Auditing financial budget, assisting the senior leadership with drafting a financial plan and driving the overall business/financial goals.
- Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting & analysis.
- Consolidation of group entities.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
The Profile
- You have a Degree in Accounting & Finance or related discipline and have at least 8 years experience within a Finance / Accounting role.
- Solid understanding of the functioning of Real Estate sector and its compliance related matters, is a must.
- You can maintain good relationships with auditors and other legal external entities.
- You can collaborate with cross functional teams as and when required
- You possess good communication skills in order to liaise with senior stakeholders for financial & budgetary planning discussions.
- You can mentor juniors when required.
