Job Description
Position Title: Site SupervisorLocation: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in civil or structural engineering, construction, or related field
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Job Description:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials
Schedules work and assigns duties to workers.
Demonstrates to new workers techniques of applying various types of roofing material.
Inspects work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to specifications.
Assisting with quoting & invoicing
Ordering & arranging delivery of material
Keeping record of stock in our yard
Ensuring our customers are receiving the highest level of service
Key Skills:
Flexible to visit sites at different location
Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers
organisation skills and a methodical approach to work
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
accuracy and attention to detail
negotiation skills
strong teamworking skills
Have experience with dealing with customers on a regular basis
project-management skills
