Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working partnerships with partners field sales team with an objective of increasing volume and quality of referrals and leads from their portfolios. Sales person will focus on one or two industry verticals and would be expected to gain expertise in that vertical over time.
  • Self-sourcing of referrals and leads will be a requirement; therefore in addition to leveraging the assets and resources of Mswipe & its partners, this position requires experience and skills in prospecting, territory development, and networking.
  • Develop understanding of various proprietary and 3rd party solutions applicable to that industry vertical along with basic understanding of payment solutions in order to sell, train & service the client in order to grow the client business
  • Candidate will be responsible in selling Value Added Services (VAS) like Inventory Software, Brand EMI & Money back card.
  • Candidate has to visit existing merchants, pitch VAS products, and collect payments for successful closure.
  • Candidate has to manage a team size of 10 RM's.
  • Motivating & mentoring team to achieve & exceed targets
  • Taking care of Bangalore & Hyderabad region.
  • Candidate also has to address any merchant issues or queries, and pro-actively solve it.

Exp - Between 3 to 7 years

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with Compulsory minimum 3 years experience in sales (Candidates from FMCG, Insurance, Banking, CASA, Financial Technology, POS, Fin-tech, Telecom & Payment industry preferred)
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Good Oral & Written Communication
  • Team Management skills.
  • Fluent in local language. For ex: if position is for Tamil Nadu, RM should be fluent in Tamil
  • Have the ability to develop bond or relationship with the merchant

Note:
1.Candidates should have experience in merchant acquiring and should be from payment solution background.
