Sr. Manager, Product Mgmt - (Core Banking) @ Silicon Valley Bank

Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making.

• Possess a strong background in Core Banking platforms across deposits, liquidity and lending. Prior experience with core banking platforms from FIS, Fiserv, Oracle etc. is highly desirable

• Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel experiences

• Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver new and innovative client experiences

• Possess strong technical acumen, ability to engage with technologists on technical designs and architecture to determine the long term Total Cost of Ownership of the technical choices

What You ll Bring:

• A Bachelor s Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitativemajor that requires structured problem solving

• Masters in Business Administration

• 10 years ofProduct Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services andmanaging Core Banking platforms

• Proven ability to build relationships and workeffectively in cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

• Strong understanding and working experience withdesign-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital productsand experiences

• Demonstrated experience of working within globallydistributed teams

• Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading inan Agile environment
