Job Description
Position Description Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, intellectually curious finance professional with a strong work ethic to join our Issuer Solutions Finance team as a Finance Manager-FP&A. This individual will support the Issuer Solutions group, an international $2 Billion+, Fintech payments Business Unit consisting of multiple Lines of Business and products including credit and prepaid card issuing & processing, card production and statement issuance. This professional will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial and business-related analysis in a fast paced and dynamic finance organization. The primary focus will be support driving profitable business growth by providing executive-level financial and operational planning & analysis for business unit results, budget and forecast. o Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA and/or CA preferred. 13+ years of applicable finance/accounting experience.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the execution of specific strategic functions and implementing high-end, critical strategy in areas such as financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, pricing, reporting, and acquisition analysis. May be responsible for financial systems development, administration and/or maintenance. Provides guidance, planning and direction for business unit(s), maintains budgets and proactively allocates resources and time for the business units or functions they support. May Perform duties inherent in a managerial role.
Scope of Job
Manages well-defined and homogeneous teams with moderate degrees of complexity. Decisions have a considerable impact on the end results of the business unit.
Job Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, 7+ years experience, or equivalent.
