Eligibility Criteria-

Qualification-: BCom/BBA/MCom, MBA

Experience : 1-3 years of experience
Shifts : 24* 7 rotational shift

Job Description:

  • Effectively answer incoming calls and resolves the query as per deliverables outlined
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customers account in the prescribed format
  • Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
  • Ensure that performance parameters are met to meet SLA targets
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection at all times

Computer skills

  • Good PC and data entry skills


The candidate should carry below mentioned documents in Original:

  • 10Th, 12Th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (Mark Sheet and Certificate).
  • 2 Color Passport Size Photographs.
  • ID Proof Pan Card, Driving License, Voters ID, Ration Card, Bank Passbook with Photograph (Nationalized Bank) and Passport.
  • Previous Employer Relieving Letter or Experience Letter. (If Any)
  • Current Employer Appointment Letter and Salary Slips (Last 2 - 3 Months) (If any)
