Job Description

We have an urgent opening in"Bihar/Jharkhand/Bengal/Assam Location"for"Agency Recruitment and Development Manager" (Team-Handling) Sales Profile.

Job Responsibilities-

• Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.
• Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region.
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
• Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.
• Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group/Micro Finance Institution/NGOs etc.

Requirement-

• Any Graduate with Minimum 1 year of Any Direct Sales or Insurance Sales.
• Should be Localite.
• Should have Two Wheeler and Smartphone

Age-25 to 40

Prefered- Immediate Joiner.

Salary- Upto 3.5L per Annum

Note:- Fresher's are not applicable for this profile.
