Job Description

Based within the banking or financial sector, a relationship manager's role involves working with clients to help them make the right decisions with their accounts & explain the financial services on offer to them.

BDR (Business Development Representative) is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through resolving customer queries/issues. He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made. The BDR also cross sells the banks third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Cards, etc.

Job Description :-

To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan.
Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Skills Required :-

Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource
Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be hard working.

Salary :-18,000/- to 25,000/- plus incentives

Locations:- New Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida and all U.P/Haryana/U.K.
