Job Description

we have an opening for General Manager- Sales & Marketing. 

Job Specifications:

  • Any graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience
  • The incumbent must have Knowledge of making Sales and Marketing strategy.
  • The Candidates should have independently handled Residential Sales & Marketing in Mumbai & Thane market
  •  Preferred candidate between age group of 40 to 45 Yrs.
  • Candidate should have supervised a sales team of 5+ field sales executives in the past
  • Candidate should have independently planned a sales launch along with preparation of collaterals and marketing plan.      

    Job Responsibilities

  • Project and achieve monthly Sales Targets
  • To Plan and supervise of all sales & marketing activities and required functions. i.e. Organizing market survey and identifying market potential, Setting up of Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • To analyze market from sales point of view and to compare our products versus what is being offered.
  • To organize, plan and implement the product launch.
  • To coordinate with other departments for optimizing sales output.
  • To coordinate with various banks to facilitate loans, financing schemes tie-ups, etc
  • To Control overall operations of the Sales and Marketing Dept.
  • Add maximum no. of Brokers with the existing ones and maintain good business relationship with them to increase sales.
  • To initiate company branding through various campaigns to achieve various targets and ensured improvement in sales
  • To formulate corporate sales & marketing strategy in order to develop a database of customers.

    Functional:

    Expertise in Sales Forecasting

    Expertise in Market Analysis.

    Should have expertise in formulating Marketing and Branding strategies

    Should have a good pool of marketing agencies, vendors, branding partners, brokers, etc.

    Should have worked on Sales and Marketing of residential projects based in Central suburbs and Thane
