In order to bring operational efficiency and continue to delight customers, Gartner is investing in TSP Quantitative Analysis CoE located in our Gurgaon Center of Excellence. You will be part of this growing team of talented associates working across markets like Software, IT Services, Devices, Data center and Communication. The team is working on high impact research projects to further augment Gartner Business Value to its clients by assisting key publication around Market Share and Forecast. The leader of this team encourages driving Gartner s Values and striving for excellence in all the endeavor.

Job description

  • Contribute to Gartner branded Market share and forecast deliverables for the Software Markets
  • Analyze vendor financial performance and keep track of key developments with the focus on Software
  • Understand the market model and influencing factors that drives the Software market and conduct research
  • Analyze the Software products and services offerings of vendors and contribute towards client inquiries
  • Participate in research communities with analysts and in-formal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Understand estimation methodology and Vendor revenue split and mapping with Gartner segments
  • Documenting methodologies learned and track the macro and industry level developments regularly
  • Analytical thinking along with knowledge on visualization and data interpretation tools will be useful

Essential must-have skills

  • BE/B.Tech, BE/BTech + MBA, Graduate/Postgraduate with science/math s background
  • 0-3 years minimum experience in IT/Technology and Research industry
  • Zeal to learn and explore trends in the IT/Software industry
