SUMMARY

We are looking for highly motivated DevOps engineers to help modernize the deployment automation for one of the largest SaaS enterprise product line, serving thousands of customers and millions of users, running in a multi-cloud environment across the globe You will be able to operate a SaaS service at a scale not found in any enterprise product suite with a huge revenue base and criticality to core enterprise business processes

THE ROLE

In this role you will be able to help 100s of developers and development architects at SuccessFactors in making their code reach production at high velocity and high quality and also help millions of users of SuccessFactors get a delightful experience in SuccessFactors products Here you are expected to constantly challenge the status quo and you should be willing work across organizational / team boundaries like product engineering, release management and operations team You will be expected to learn new technologies quickly, constantly look for areas of improvement through sound analysis This role is responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art deployment automation on k8s runs accurately and applications are running stable in Kubernetes environment

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• 6-10 years of experience in developing, troubleshooting devops solutions chef, docker, Kubernetes and other infrastructure proviters like OpenStack, Azure, GCP
• 3 years of Experience in designing and implementing or working with matured CI/CD pipeline
• 3 years of experience in deploying applications as docker containers in Kubernetes with Helm Charts, Kustomize files, using state-of-the-art tools like ArgoCD, GoCD, Artifactory, Rancher etc
• Design and Development of Application declarative deployment manifest models like Helm, Kustomize etc
• Troubleshooting skills in supporting J2EE applications on nginx, tomcat etc platforms
• Sound logical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills
