SUMMARY

We are looking for highly motivated DevOps Architects to design / develop modern deployment automation of one for one of the largest SaaS enterprise product line, serving thousands of customers and millions of users, running in a multi-cloud environment across the world You will be able to operate a SaaS service at a scale not found in any enterprise product suite with a huge revenue base and criticality to core enterprise business processes

THE ROLE

In this role you will be able to help 100s of developers and development architects at SuccessFactors in making their code reach production at high velocity and high quality and also help millions of users of SuccessFactors get a delightful experience in SuccessFactors products Here you are expected to constantly challenge the status quo and you should be willing work across organizational / team boundaries like product engineering, release management and operations team You will also have the unique opportunity to conceive a technical strategy for Kubernetes adoption for the largest SaaS service, combine it with effective execution model for consistent business value You will be able to work with some of the finest minds in the industry, collaborate with different Line of Businesses to ensure alignment of enterprise Kubernetes adoption strategy

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• 8 years of Experience in Architecting, designing and implementing matured CI/CD pipeline for monoliths and microservices
• 3 years of experience in designing complex Application deployment descriptors like Helm, Kustomize etc for Kubernetes deployment
• 5 years of experience in chef, docker Kubernetes and other infrastructure providers like OpenStack, Azure, GCP
• Ability to design and communicate the technical strategy to a cross-section of management and technical stakeholders
• Ability to understand organizational technical strategy and ensure alignment of project objectives accordingly
• Sound logical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills
