THE ROLE
As the User Assistance Developer (UAD) you will:
Creates user assistance (UA) deliverables in English that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software, and/or coordinates the creation of these UA deliverables with a strong focus on on-time and high quality delivery
Collaborates and communicates confidently with internal stakeholders such as developers, product owners, user experience, information developers and translators
Collaborates and communicates with external stakeholders such as customers and partners to develop and review UA deliverables
Ensures that UA deliverables are adhering to standards and guidelines, and are written in the appropriate style and tone for the product and audience
Assess new UA technologies, tools and infrastructures to keep up with the rapid pace of change
Understands the product capabilities, technologies of overall solution
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Overall 3 years of relevant experience with preferably 2 years of UA development for on premise or cloud applications
Excellent written and spoken skills in English, ideally first-language proficiency in English
Ability to explain complex concepts in a structured, clear, and precise manner
Knowledge of documentation tools and languages (for example, IXIASOFT our DITA CMS)
Able to understand the needs of customers with respect to E2E user assistance scenarios
Excellent presentation, communication skills incl. experience in direct customer communication
