Identifying national level and region specific potential lending partners who can
serve the needs of our customers
Help Get the Partnership Up & Running by understanding the partners product
Look after Contract renewals, Payout negotiations and billing/payments post
On-Boarding
Quickly adapt to the Partners constraints and restrictions by necessary
innovation
Achieve the targets by negotiating offers and execute necessary marketing
campaigns to sell them
Coordinate with Internal Sales and Operation Teams to build better synergy with
the Partner by providing necessary training & support to the internal teams
Build and maintain activity and performance reports of each partner and take up
monthly partner reviews
Willing and able to travel across all our locations at least 50% of the time
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
8-12 years work experience with some specific experience in Partner Alliance
Management
Mortgage industry , FMCG, E Commerce and Financial Services domain expertise, and the ability to understand various
financial products
Strategic Independent thinker, who is also execution oriented; ideally has
experience driving cross functional programs or processes
Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and
influencing others; experience working with senior executives/ partners in
cross-company projects
Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth
environment
