Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

MUST HAVE: 4-6 years of experience in a finance role in Accounting & Controlling

MUST HAVE: Multiple finance skills to deal with various finance topics (accounting, invoicing, tax, insurance, regulatory etc)

Able to develop strong interpersonal skills across all departments within the business, including Finance

Process orientated with the ability to design process workflows understandable by all

Systems and tools orientated, ensuring the digitization of the finance function

Data focused & able to extrapolate from it in order to get the big picture

Very high sense of initiative to continuously transform the financial function

Fluent English
