Execution of both Short term long term sustainable FV sourcing,distribution and merchandising strategy for zone alignment with the SM plan
consistent maintenance of freshness and quality of FV from farmer.
Motivating,Developing skill set of team members for handling FV.
Responsible for sourcing of fruits vegetables
Manages farmer base development maintenance.
Vendors from whom the product will sourced with Negotiate best price
To procure quality material as per indent and price benchmark everyday.
Ensure timely dispatch of material to F V centre.
Ensure quality and delivery norms are adhered
Ensure timely payments and vendor
To ensure FV category achieves its sales in given set of stores
To plans and decide assortment, price and promotion at respective store cluster.

Min. Experience 3 years (FV Category)
