The Housekeeping Night Supervisor is responsible to supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotelguests according to hotel and company business objectives during the night time.
Additionally, He/She should be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards anticipate and address guests service needs during the night shift.
Use housekeeping checklists to ensure that the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area meet designated standards.
Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
Request preventative maintenance or non-urgent repairs using the appropriate method and contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.
Respond promptly to requests from guests Front Desk or At Your Service requests.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures report any maintenance problems safety hazards accidents or injuries.
Complete safety training and certifications properly store flammable materials.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information protect company assets.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Must be able to multitask and priorities departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
