Profile Summary

Human Resource Manager will work with the Head HR to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them through the MIS/ Analysis / Data based, thoughtful and correct changes and introductions to support business improvement.

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Analyst.

MIS analysts are responsible for creating an all-inclusive strategy for operation of a business's information management systems. MIS analysts construct workflow carts, diagrams, and technical specifications to begin methods for improvement. Overseeing data compilation, retention, summarization, and publication is critical to the role of HR MIS analysts. They perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and relevant. MIS analysts provide robust data usage and analytics reports to the HOD.

Human Resources Responsibilities and Qualifications

* Work with Head HR to strategically plan HR MIS - Analysis that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees , streamline business, identify critical success factors , identify problematic areas etc.

* HR Data Analysis, MIS, implementation, Strategies.

* HR Analysis , MIS , Org chart Budgeting processes, Cost vs Revenue etc is a must know how.

* Collaborate with technical teams on all system issues

* Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests

* Responsible for general system maintenance - defect management, improvements, user acceptance testing

* Analyse and maintain all HR system access, ensuring appropriate controls are in place

* Ensure relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/reporting processes and procedures

* Understand and live the company brand values and culture.

Knowledge & Experience

* ( A Must) Advanced excel, with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyse data.
