Job Description

Client Support

  • s IT Infrastructure support for the business
  • s Management of alerts from Knight Frank systems and ensuring the appropriate remedial action is performed.
  • s Liase with 3rd Party IT Support
  • s Work on escalated tickets from the desktop support team
  • s Ensure incidents and problems with Lync telephony
  • s Conform to ITIL standards and raise change tickets when required
  • s Maintain Exchange Servers and resolve any issues with the email platform
  • s Monitor and analyze network performance across the organization's LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.
  • s Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of company networks.
  • s Monitor system capacity to determine its affect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands.
  • s Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks.
  • s Configure and troubleshoot servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.
  • s Install and configure all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
  • s Inspect, maintain, and where necessary replace network cabling, voice/data jacks, and other network-related equipment.
  • s Ensure network and IP connectivity of all workstations, application servers, and back-end office infrastructure.
  • s Perform tasks necessary to fulfill service level agreements with end users regarding application availability and security including file system and database configuration and management.
  • s Perform and test system configuration backups and restores to ensure system recovery from outages or errors.
  • s Review and deploy new Citrix patches and software updates according to best practices.
  • s Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on Citrix servers and client access software.
  • s Administration and support for sequencing of AppV applications
