Summary
SAP HEC Delivery is the operations organization of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. The team HEC Delivery - Cross Delivery is taking care of all cross topics which are necessary to smoothly run the business like Cross Projects, Process Management, Reporting, Security, Monitoring and Master Data Management (MDM). In the Master Data team we are maintaining the meta data of all customer & internal systems which is used by the whole HEC Delivery organization.
The Role
As "Consultant for Master Data Quality focusing on ServiceNow" you will be responsible for the data quality of different Configuration Items in ServiceNow, to identify & fix root causes of data quality issues, for Master Data standards definition in our tools (ServiceNow, Cloud Landscape Directory, TIC, DED, ), for the setup of a data consistency framework, MDM Continuous Improvement.
Role Responsibilities
- Pattern analysis of data quality issues (errors, missing data, )
- Drive necessary process adjustments in case of data quality issues
- 3rd Level Support for MDM issues
- Interaction with various development teams & process/procedure owners
- The creation and tracking of development requirements until final implementation
- Knowledge of SAP basis technologies, Network/Web technologies, Linux based infrastructures, High Availability and Disaster Recovery
- Excellent working skills in English are a must
