TITLE

Senior UA Developer (SuccessFactors)

ROLE

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and innovative technical writer to help us deliver world-class content for SAP s Cloud HCM product, SAP SuccessFactors. As a Senior User Assistance Developer, your responsibilities will include outlining, developing, and updating product documentation to support the judicious goals of our customers. The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with a solid understanding of DITA and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced environment. As a member of this team, you will:

Deliver user assistance assets that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software
Develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience
Own delivery of your product deliverables and ensure transparency by providing estimates and managing milestones within a given release
Ensure content delivered is aligned with the relevant documentation standards, guidelines, and content architecture
Engage with development, product management, customer support, UX outline, and other SAP teams to create a world-class information experience for the user
Contribute to user assistance projects and initiatives for continuous innovation

EXPERIENCE

8 to 12 years experience in creating technical and/or business process documentation
Undergraduate degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage priorities, and a proactive approach to resolving problems and delivering results
Demonstrated ability to outline and deliver task-oriented content
Capable of effectively working with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
Drive content projects involving other team members
Strong copy and developmental editing skills
Experience working with DITA XML is a plus
Experience creating e-learning solutions is a plus
