Job Description
INTERVIEW MODE: ONLINEBACK END ( NON VOICE )
Job Profile:
To provide e-mail support to the international client of the leading MNC.
Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA: ALL GRADUATES (EXECPT B.Tech/B.E, BCA, BSc IT) With Excellent verbal and written communication
You should have your all mark sheet / provisional certificates
SALARY: 15KCTC (12K in hand )
BENEFITS: (PF+Esic + Performance Appraisal)
(5 days working+Both way Cab + Full Security)
SHIFTS: Night
** ONLY FRESHERS **
