Job Description
Purpose & Objective
As Customer eXperience & Solutions (CXS) team, we develop products & solutions that enable digital transformation for our customers. As the thought leaders for Application Lifecycle Management we develop the Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) platform with applications & services to support the complete application lifecycle for all SAP solutions CALM is being built on the latest version SAP Cloud Platform - Cloud Foundry & is an essential part to deliver the Integrated Enterprise Suite. Our multi-cultural team is working on Service Delivery Center Platform with edge cutting technologies. We have pair programming, test-driven development & code reviews integrated into our daily routine, we value technical excellence as much as teamwork, openness & trust.
Expectations & Tasks
- As User A ssistance you will provide information to help a person to interact with the software. This can include describing the user interface, but also focuses on how to help the user to best apply the software capabilities to their needs.
- Create needful documentation with all the existing channels offered at SAP internally and for our Customers
- Publish on all devices including help, wizards, tutorials, printed manuals (and their PDF equivalents), and user interface text.
- Contribute to enterprise knowledge bases and content management systems.
- Be a very good team player in an agile scrum team
- Drive innovation topics and to discuss new ideas with product owner
- Ensure delivered documentation meets the requirements of external and internal stakeholders.
Experience & Education
- 4-7 years of experience
- M.Tech / MCA from reputed institutes
- Good knowledge on microservice architecture, multi target applications , UI design, usability testing, localization, testing, quality assurance, instructional design, scripting or programming, and accessibility.
- Experience in agile development practices (SCRUM), test-driven development as well as model-driven development is required
- Proven knowledge of fundamental internet technologies (e.g. web service integration) is needed
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Experience in working with international teams is preferred
