Job Description

Roles and Responsibility :

Responsibilities of BDE

On-board and continuously engage with kiranas
Provide initial and regular training to Kiranas
Ensure load allocation from hub is done correctly
Actively all time maintain a profile of 30-50 kirana stores

Desired Candidate :

Qualification:

Knack and knowledge of Network maintenance and performance management
Basic Logistics understanding
Availability to work on flexible shifts
MS office, Excel, Android Smartphone
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative andfast-paced environment
Conversant in local language & English
Must have local market knowledge
