Job Description
- Sr. RF Engineer must have a clear understanding on Concepts, practices and procedures of RF Network Engineering.
- Responsibilities include KPI improvement by Optimization activities, Parameter Optimization based on Nokia System for Voice and Data, Analysis of CM and PM data for troubleshooting of problem.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
The area of responsibility will generally cover, several of following activities -
- Perform VoLTE /LTE /3G network optimization activities
- Should be self-driven and can work on network improvement performance KPI's and optimization tasks
- Work on Drive test log file data analysis
- Perform VoLTE /LTE /3G KPI check, Validation, and analysis. Pre-Post analysis after changes in parameter / Physical attributes
- Troubleshoot worst offenders and Suggest Feature / Parameter Trials
- Should have Excellent parametric knowledge and is hands-on on parameter/feature trials/ audit
- Perform Layer management analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network
- Must be an Engg Graduate - BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication stream
- Working Experience in one of the following equipment - Nokia 4-8 years
- Working Experience in order of these technologies: VoLTE /LTE /3G
- Work Experience on 5G will be an added advantage
- Mandatory experience on Nokia tools KPI tools like NetAct, BTS Manager
- Must have good knowledge of field and in OSS/Hardware/Command line
- Should possess good knowledge on call trace and layer management analysis
- Require travel at short notice and willing to relocate to any part of world
- Must be ready to work in evening shifts.
