Job Description
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will manage all Supply Chain Business Operations and Data Management for APAC, including India and Japan. The person will be responsible for managing an organization of 10 - 15 associates. This position will help manage P&L. Additional responsibilities include: hiring, training, and administering performance appraisals for all direct reports.
Education and/or Requirements Required
- MBA, with ten or more years project management experience; with practical work experience in Assembly Manufacturing; Procurement/Supply Chain management, and/or Logistics
- Solid project management corporate supply chain, procurement, quality, operations, and/or process management experience, including a working exposure to the entire supply chain (i.e. from supplier, materials management, procurement, etc.)
- Competency in and working knowledge of Lean processes and Six Sigma; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt highly preferred

- Operations Excellence. Through his/her knowledge, this person installs organizational controls and systems necessary to achieve the company s operating objectives.
- Unquestioned Reputation for Integrity and Ethics. A strong character that will build the trust of others, by showing stable and reliable performance. Familiar with the MS Office Suite of Applications
- Subject Matter Expert of the Oracle ES Application
- Subject Matter Expert of RoHS and WEEE Compliancy
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of management and/or data analyst experience preferably in enterprise customer service environments.
- Bachelor Degree Supply Chain Management, Business (with emphasis in Project Management), Operations Management, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent English verbal and written skills
Special Requirements:
Travel is required.
