Manager - UI/UX Design - Photoshop/Illustrator
Key responsibilities :
- Work with product management to take high level requirements or use cases and elaborate those as process flows & wireframes.
- Create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
- Translate requirements into user workflows.
- Evolve user workflows into high fidelity mockups.
- Create and maintain UI patterns uniformity across products.
- Product design: Collaborate with product management and engineering on various aspects of the product design & development process.
- User Research: Organizing end user interviews and usability tests as input into the design process.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate is someone who has background emphasis in information architecture, complex workflows, and interaction design patterns for the large scale systems. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in UX design for mobile, SaaS and Cloud based applications.

- Attention to detail - keeps iterating on an issue until they are satisfied that they have found the optimal solution for the user.
- Good taste.
- Exceptional design skills that include a solid understanding of color, composition, typography, hierarchy and interaction.
- Multi-task to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to develop methodologies, standards and best practices for the team.
- Relevant experience in User Research, Information Architecture, interaction design, wireframes, visual designs and visual design specifications.
- Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq etc.
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation and analytical skills.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
