Key Responsibilities : a: At least 4- 6 years of experience in marketing technology
b: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Exact Target Specialist is responsible for helping marketers and metric owners set up, test and execute marketing campaigns efficiently and with high quality
Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys, prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
Technical Experience : a: HTML, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, Marketing cloud Social studio
b: Email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging and deliverability b: Building multichannel campaigns executing- segmentation, design, reporting, journeys
Marketing technology concepts like AMP personalization scripts, automation techniques, IP whitelisting and SSO enablement
d: Performing day- to- day marketing operations including campaign set- up, segmentation, scheduling,
Professional Attributes : a: Analyzing data from digital marketing programs to develop internal best practices by proactively researching email and mobile engagement statistics
b: Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, managing small team
Educational Qualification : a: Scrum or Agile methodology experience is preferred b: Certifications preferred
