Male Graduate with - Minimum 2-3 -years experience. Having Travel industry knowledge is a must
Knowing Visa formalities / hotel booking / transfers / tour packages etc.
Should be self-independent handling his / her job responsibilities, well versed in drafting letters, knowing self-correspondence.
Prior experience in Sales required
Sales meetings with corporate clients
- Dealing with company s corporate clients.
- Customer support with existing reservations.
Experience on any of the GDS-Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Other will be preferred.
Interacting with the Airlines / Customer Service. Age 23- 30 Yrs.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Create and update electronic records of clients
Maintain relationships with key persons
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Very good email etiquette
Well spoken, well read - english, hindi
