Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : a Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
b Can create technical design from Functional design/ Requirement
c Able troubleshoot with debugging skills

Technical Experience : A Perform Impact analysis
b Must perform configuration and customization
d Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc
e Must have Service Cloud Certification
f Must Have Can create technical design from Functional design/ Requirement

Professional Attributes : a Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model
b Must have Salesforce Service Cloud Technical/ Functional Skills
c Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Consoles, Live Agent Knowledge, workflow rules

Educational Qualification : NA

Additional Information : Must have Good Communication skill / Capable of Client facing Service Cloud Trained Preferably

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
