Job Description

Position Purpose

Internalization of associate working in the Project, having strong functional and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Analysis of requirements (functional and technical)
Design and development of GUI and its corresponding business treatment
Testing and bug - fixing

Contributing Responsibilities

Work with business analysts/users to understand requirements.
Perform detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally) and design for GUI, server side and the database
Develop, test and provide support during implementation
Bug fixing & performance optimization (PL/SQL)
Mentor and carry out code reviews of junior members on the team

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Good in Core Java, SQL.

Ability to understand the problem scenarios quickly and to provide reactive solutions.

Approaching the issue in a positive way.

Listening and Learning skills are good and helps in providing better support.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed University with a good background of software development with a minimum IT experience of 5 years
