Designation -Retail Trainee Associate
Salary - 8282/- per month. k+incenti
Minimum education :10 pass ,12 PASS
Should be comfortable on joining inlock down
Job Location-Park street, quest mall, Axix mall Kolkata(NEARBY LOCATIONS CANDIDATES CAN APPLY)
Duty-9hrs/day, including break & 6full days/week.
Rotating shift
No pick & drop.
No daily allowance.
Should be Local candidates
Requirement no :Male
Documents required : 1) Aadhaar card 2) Pan Card 3 ) Bank details
Fresher candidate required
Age -18 Years to 30 years
Customer Service
Delivering world class customer service experience and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Taking care of customer request and doing follow ups on the same to ensure closure
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Designing hampers and platters on orders.
- And responsible for advising, sampling, suggesting food categories like Wine, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Confectionery and other imported gourmet food products.
- Keeping the customer aware about product availability in the store
Store Operations
Increasing the sales by selling the in house products
- Taking bulk orders of hampers, platters and other products
- Ordering & Stock count at the end of every month
- Taking care of expiry & damages
- Managing opening & closing shifts and maintenance of allotted section
- Training staff on international cuisine & grooming standards.
- Responsible for specific category sales, ordering, visual merchandising and cleanliness of Section.
- Helping Store to increase the home delivery Sales.
