Job Description:-
1. Supported user base of at least 100+ end users
2. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
3.Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting at desktop level like DNS , DHCP.
4. Knowledge of installing the Microsoft security patches, Antivirus Patches etc.
5. Provide OS installation, Outlook configuration, and support of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
6. Perform routine updates of desktop hardware and software
7. Rebuild, configure, and repair desktop equipment as needed
8. OS Installation, Outlook Configure
9. IT H/W Diagnosis & troubleshooting
10. Applications & OS Troubleshooting
