Hiring for the technical support role in one of the largest MNC in Bangalore.

Skills and Requirement :-

-- Undergraduate or Graduate or Diploma Degree.
-- Fresher/Experienced both can apply with a good Technical knowledge.
-- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-- Respond to queries either in chat/email or over the phone.

-- Excellent communication skill, comfortable working 24/7 including Night Shifts.


Skillsets

Must have:-

Fresher or Minimum 12 months of call taking experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software) or 1 year Field service in PC.

Fluency in English & Hindi language.

Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting.

Typing speed minimum 25 words per min

Should have:-

Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written (English + Hindi)

Strong problem-solving and client facing skills

Good to have:-

Basic Linux OS knowledge.

Any hardware Certification will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities

To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.

Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.

Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.

Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call in Lenovo SAP CRM.

Shift Timings

Shifts will be 9/5, 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree / Diploma/10+2

Total Experience

1+ years of experience Preferred
