JOB TITLE

Development Expert - Globalization Services Product Unit HCM - Employee Central Localization

ROLE

We are looking for Development Expert with 10-12 years of experience having good technical expertise in Java for working on Success Factors Employee Central Localization. The candidate should be an energetic and dependable professional, who is passionate about building software solutions for complex localization/country specific business requirements. A solid grounding in Computer Science or equivalent with a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and a flair for deep understanding of business requirements especially in HCM proccesses is an ideal candidate for this role.

EXPERIENCE

• 10-12 years experience in Java (Core Java and related technologies) out of which at least 5-6 years of experience in independently designing and implementing complex business solutions especially in the HR domain/cloud native applications.
• Experience of working in an Agile Software development environment and teams.
• Define deliverables and provide advice and recommendations on solutions that may affect future design decisions.
• Drive alignment of design in accordance with the defined architecture of the product in a time bound manner
• Lead and mentor implementation of design and/or architecture concepts in the scrum team
• Lead design reviews for engineers and provide feedback on architecture and open design question
