We have openings for HR Associates with one of our MNC Client

JD:

Good understanding of HRO.

Should have good listening and empathy skills.

Candidate should explain the entire ER process.

Check the number of employees, candidate has managed the ER for.

Check on candidate's Dispute resolution understanding.

Probe more to check the knowledge of the candidate.

Good MS Excel experience.

Team Management experience.

Should also have a good hold on HR Generalist activities.

Candidate with International payroll experience such as UK Payroll, US Payroll is a great add on.

Candidate should be flexible to work on shift (US Shift)

2 way cab facilities will be provided.
