Job Description

Map the training programs for different partners NGOs, Government and Hospitals.
Design and create training manuals, learning modules, and course materials
Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
Select appropriate training methods or activities and prepare accordingly the training modules
and development.
Conduct program based training needs assessment and identify the gaps that need to be
addressed
Ensure utilisation of the CareMother solution in the assigned project areas to the fullest.
Ensure reaching the targets as per the project plan and milestone.
Support in Monthly Data Analysis and Reporting to customers and partners.
Travel extensively to the project sites to identify the gaps and provide possible solutions to the
partners.
Track day to day activities for assigned projects as per the project milestones;
Extend handholding support to the Health Workers depending on the need of the project to
achieve the targets
Document the projects by generating reports, developing case studies and testimonials.
Assist the team by providing necessary qualitative and quantitative key parameters from the
project area and submit the same regularly to reporting officer.
Submit weekly reports to the reporting officer on the progress of the program.
Project involves extensive travel across PAN India.
