Job Description
Skill : Data Warehouse DeveloperThe Data Warehouse developer will gain an understanding of the data analysis needs and translate those to architect the data warehouse, ETL processes, and reporting platforms to achieve those needs.
Latest role should ideally have Azure Data warehouse and Data Factory Experience.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- 5 years of MSSQL database system management experience
- 5 years experience creating and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes from various input systems
- 5 years experience with Data Warehouse technologies
- Azure Cloud
- 2 years experience in Azure SQL Data Warehouse (currently called Azure Synapse)
- 1 year experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) SQL Certification preferred
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Sound understanding of Business Intelligence best practices, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, SQL skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques
- Proven track record of success designing, supporting, and maintaining MSSQL database systems/servers
- Ability to develop SSIS packages and scripts necessary to transform data from one database to others
- Creative problem-solving skills to analyze and solve complex data and reporting issues
- Ability to develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages, Azure Data Factory Integration pipelines (ADF) and scripts necessary to transform data from one database to others
- Experience working with and parsing JSON, XML, CSV, and fixed-width data formats
- Ability to design visual presentation of data to facilitate easy understanding of key metrics
- Desire to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with others throughout the organization in a dynamic situations environment
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have experience into azure or 1 year experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)sud be exp into data warehouse development exp with Immediate or 15 days notice period
