Job Title: Business Development Executive/Lead Generator

Location: Hyderabad

Education : Bachelors (MBA Preferred)

Duration: Fulltime Role

Experience: 1-4 years

Night Shift 6:30 PM - 3:30 PM.

Job Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work closely with our Staffing/RPO Sales team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Requirement:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in staffing/RPO or other outbound sales closures.
  • Strong knowledge of US Staffing/US BPO process.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
  • Experience in the closure of staffing clients (in US markets) with tenure of 6+ months and identifying new sales leads.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle.
