Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and analyzing business requirements through interviews, surveys, and stakeholder meetings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document and review requirements, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze business needs and objectives
  
• Gather and document requirements via interviews, surveys, and meetings
  
• Review and validate requirements with stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
  
• Support testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  
• Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Visio, or business analysis software
