Project Manager @ Space O Technologies

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in developing and managing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing mobile and web applications.
  

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and to monitor and report on progress.
  

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure their success.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  

• Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on progress to stakeholders.
  

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  

• Manage project scope, change requests, and dependencies, ensuring that they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards, including functionality, performance, and user experience.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  

• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
